Our policy is to offer personal home care services for the ‘out of town' homeowner. We see the need to care for beautiful ‘high end' homes in the whistler area. Our aim is to manage your home whether it just be to visit on a weekly basis or deal with the entire ‘home care' of day to day matters. We cater to the homeowner who finds it difficult to be here so let us deal with these matters.

We care for ‘high end' homes that are only visited by the owners sporadically throughout the year and the home needs to be maintained in their absence. Other homeowners wish to rent their property. We can deal with the advertising, administration, meeting and greeting and collection of expenses for this service.

Our level of care for the ‘high end' homes is unique in that we do all the admin work, maintenance, home visits, hot tubs, firewood and basically anything the owner wishes for us to provide. We want the homeowner to feel satisfied with the fact that their home is under a close eye and is safe. We like to have a close and personal relationship with our clients so a kind of trust is earned through the working relationship.

Richard (proprietor) has a number of high end homes in his care. Richard's desire to take on more homes is inspired by his clients as they encourage him and speak highly of his services. No job or task is too much for Richard to deal with. Richard has been involved with the construction of properties through out Whistler and in doing so has built a good rapport with developers, construction crews, plumbers, electricians and various other trades.

Richard's Clients have all said they are willing to give prospective new clients a reference either by phone or in writing. It is the support and praise from Richard's clients that has encouraged this move to expand. Expansion will be limited to a workload within Richard's capabilities as his aim is to keep the work personal and to a very high standard. These houses require a special kind of care. Trustworthiness and confidentiality play a huge part. Richard attends to every need and request personally so strangers are not visiting the premises.
