Our aim is to provide the highest level of care and attention for your home away from home. We understand the time and effort required
to maintain your home and strive to exceed this target so that your

Below is a list of chores we can do for you before during and after
your stay.

24hr on call service. Will respond if house alarm goes off.

Maintenance. Richard will take care of all maintenance
himself keeping costs to a minimal. If Richard cannot fix it
he will find someone who can. Anything that works with
gas will need a certified technician.

Richard is skilled in many aspects of maintenance. His partner, Suzanne, is highly skilled in administration and organizing. We
make every effort to do as much work on the homes ourselves
rather than contract out to other trades. This is what sets our
